The shortage of recoverable reserves which has been identified is the dominant factor which influence Chinese increasing oil production. The new recoverable reserves is not enough from1985.The recoverable reserves of new oilfield is only forty percent.It is very disadvantage to the development of Chinese petroleum industry if we can not alter condition of shortage of recoverable reserves because the oil production ratio of residual recoverable reserves has been eight percent. Additional reserves to significantly increase in the circumstances, we only through to enhance oil recovery method to solve the financial difficulty.Because nowadays to enhance oil recovery method are many, but the cost of each method are huge and to improve oil recovery rate is not large, so the low cost greatly enhance oil recovery method is a very urgent need to think to explore major issue.We all know that, although the oil industry development has more than one hundred years, but so far only a reservoir development mode, is the traditional radial flow development mode.
