This thesis mainly use software Aspen Plus to simulate the process of thechloride. This design takes methyl alcohol and chlorine as well as betweenproduct methyl chloride and hydrogen chloride as material to product methanechloride. The process includes: the hydrochloride responded unit, the chlorinationresponse unit, purifies the unit, the hydrochloric acid absorption and desorptionthe unit. Process simulation software function is to rely on exact model andscientific in method of calculation to the unit and the system to calculate andefficient optimized design.This thesis provides data to the chloride of the unitsimulated, and the unit will get the results and compared with the actual data.Then get the results conformity with the actual results. And by optimizediscussion, do some research on the units that easy to make mistakes during theprocess, then get the relatively strict reasonable data.Dichloromethane, often called Methylene dichloride or Methylenechloride, canbe used as a non-flammable solvent, such as cleaning releasing agent of paintlayer of metal surface, solvents of fiber triacetate resin film footage, oil dewaxingsolvent, aerosol propellant, heat unstable material extraction agent. Extractingcooking oil from coconut and extraction agent for Extracting tallow formsheepskin, also used as a cold carrier, increased doses of mineral oil flash point,fire extinguishing agents, aerosol propellants, urea foam blowing agent. AspenPlus software as a tool, it was used to establish a computer simulation model ofthe CMS process for producing dichloromethan and refining the path.Based onthe data from existing production equipment, setting the model of the productionprocess and process parameters, calculation results agree well with the existingdata, which indicates that the model reached the level of production. According tothe above model and the need of the actual product structure to optimize, theproduction costs have been cut down.
