The rapid development of industrialization brought about a serious problem of dust pollution, scrubber were used more widely. There were two main issues of scrubber. First, the collecting efficiency is low, the dust emissions can not meet the national emission standards;second,the energy consumption is high. It was important to research scrubber which was high efficiency and energy saving.This paper, firstly, researched the control model and control strategy of radial-straight-blade scrubber. Control model was a core part of the scrubber to achieve high efficiency-energy conservation, and it was closely related to the precipitator structure parameters and dust collected mechanism. The paper analyzed the mechanism of the scrubber system, and by the numerical relations of experimental study of dust parameters and entrance dust concentrations, and through data obtained by fitting the basic control model, then used the similarity theory of the wet fan, which can be applied to a variety of sizes of dust removal equipment, while the principle of the dust collector effectively collect dust control model constraints.The control strategy was an important measure to ensure the stable operation of the scrubber system. The control strategy was got by analyzed and compared the traditional control strategy, and combined with the characteristics of this study.The hardware and software of control unit were designed by the modular design which maked the system easy to debug and maintain. Microcontroller was the core of control unit, which was programmed by C and had data acquisition and processing, communications, control and real-time monitoring.Basing on theses, a high efficiency and energy saving scrubber system was build. During the experiment, the saytem stable operation, the collection efficiency reached99.5%. This study related to some innovative research and exploration on engineering practice, as is significant, to some extent, to the theoretical research of scrubber control and the innovation of the dust removal technologies.
