Filling method, as a suitable mining method with recent mining technology level, equipment developing level,economic capacity and environmental protection afford ability, is more and more widely used, and even is applied in coal mine. To develop the ’under three ’resource of mining area3in Hua’tai coal mine safe and reasonable, the design adopts paste-like filling with the aim to control ground pressure and ensure surface construction and underground development safe.Because most of the gangue was used to brick-making, it is unable to meet the demand for underground filling. After a detailed evaluation of research, Now one of the Lai’wu local scrap is creatively used as major filling aggregate, and it is necessary to consider the possibility of its components such as residual gangue (uesd to produce brick) and more storage of steel slag. Through the lab test, determine the optimal proportion of above three backfill schemes. According to the gelation of cement and fly ash, reveal the cement filling mechanism of new aggregate and gangue and put forward the process of new aggregate, gangue and steel filling comentaion, finally conduct the backfill preparation station general layout design, backfill material storage and transportation technology and complete the underground pipeline transportation system design. Through the industrial test, it proved that the established paste-like filling and transportation system operates stable and reliably. When the production ability meets the demands of120m3·h-1The maximum filling times line of the recommended ratio of new aggregate, coal gangue and steel paste-like respectively is5.06,4.01,4.63, and the direct material cost is34-57RMB·t-1.With the usage of this technology, it can be fully recovered coal resource and increase economic efficiency and sustainable development level. The new aggregate as the paste-like backfill material is firstly and successfully applied in huatai coal,which provides stable guarantee for later resource development and supply a cheap and reasonable disposal approach for large stacking waste. And its features of easy storage, convenient transportation and low price, have a great economic, environment and social benefits and accords with the direction of national industrial policy.
