With the deleveping of the plastic industry, plastic products have become common in our daily life. They convenient people’s life, but the extensive use of plastics, resulting in a lot of waste plastics. How to deal with these waste plastics has been a serious problem. This paper analyzes and compares various methods of processing plastics, research and developed a pyrolysis waste plastics cracking unit to deal with waste plastics, and get fuel oil. The designed cracking unit improves the lack of recovery of plastic pyrolysis. Using low-melting chloride salt as the heat carrier of plastics pyrolysis, and achieve a continuous feed, which greatly improve the speed and efficiency of pyrolysis. The unit can crack various types of mixed plastics, the main products are various types liquid of gaseous and hydrocarbon fuels.Compared to the previous unit, this unit has many advantages e.g. simple structure, low cost, low demand for plastics. It also adapt to different handling capacity,more suitable for promotion.The craking unit effectively solves the growing problem of white pollution, turning waste into treasure,saving fossil fuels,and achieve energy saving.
