In recent years,with getting a rapid development,endless plastic products have penetrated into all aspects of national life,and become indispensable to People's Daily life necessities.The sharp increase in plastic waste has led to the increasingly serious environmental pollution,so "white pollution" has become a prominent issue of environmental protection.Therefore,to explore efficient,economical,environmentally friendly recycling technology is imminent.In view of the common methods of plastic waste recycling,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages some major plastic processing technology at home and abroad,and studies the plastic cracking mechanism by using the theory of electromagnetic heating,pointing out the deficiency of the existing plastic processing technology,then this paper proposes a new kind of plastic garbage disposal way-Electromagnetic Pyrolysising.Based on the research of electromagnetic heating mechanism,a new type of plastic waste electromagnetic pyrolysis experimental device is designed based on the characteristics of electromagnetic heating and the problems to be solved.Experiment device is mainly composed of pyrolysis chamber,stirring shaft,heater,control cabinet,temperature sensor,etc.Based on the ANSYS Workbench,the thermal structure coupling simulation analysis is carried out,and the temperature distribution,stress and strain of each part of the device are obtained under the condition of the theoretical cavity temperature in this paper.After a comprehensive analysis,the pyrolysis experimental device meets the strength requirements of design.Maxwell and ANSYS Workbench software were used to simulate the pyrolysis experimental device in this paper.Firstly,to simplified model of the experimental device,by setting up the simulation parameters to obtain the magnetic field,current density and eddy current loss distribution nephogram;The simulation of the turbulence simulation of the cavity under different coil pitch is carried out,and thought that,when the heating coil winding pitch is the smallest that is tightly wrapped around the arrangement,the eddy current induction heating temperature distribution with the strongest area and the pyrolysis chamber anastomosis,and heating effect is the best.The experiment confirmed that the pyrolysis experiment device can test the melting and cracking state of plastic waste under different heating time periods and temperature range.As well as test waste plastic in the static and dynamic conditions of the two changes in temperature,pyrolysis,melting,adhesion.The electromagnetic pyrolysis process and related conclusions of the waste plastic can provide important reference for the design and application of the subsequent large-scale waste plastic electromagnetic pyrolysis equipment.
