The Study Of The Rural Living Environment After The Land Consolidation In Hanyang Town, Jiange County

The thesis carried on theoretical research about the land consolidation and therural living environment, and summarized the research at home and abroad. Now weknow land consolidation is an important method and a new wedge point for theconstruction of the new socialist villages. Vigorously carrying out land developmentand consolidation, is the objective requirement for the construction of new socialistvillages. Land consolidation can achieve rational allocation of land resources,optimizing land use structure, improving land use efficiency, it also can achieve greatutility for rural living environment. New socialist villages can be constructed by theland consolidation project, which are living conveniences, with beautifuleco-environment and living condition. The past dirty, disorderly and bad rural areamay have a refreshing change, rural living environment may have a comprehensiveimprovement. The land consolidation project can coordinate relationship betweenthe interior and exterior environments of new socialist villages, optimize theallocation the resources of the nature, economy and society, Finally, the landconsolidation can realize all-around improvement in rural living environment.In the implementation process of the land consolidation in Hanyang Town,Jiange County, the rural living environment comprehensive improvement of theresearch area had been seen as an important aim to achieve. This thesis based on theland consolidation in Hanyang Town, Jiange County, the author summarized andanalyzed the date of construction, through the contrast between before and afterconstruction studied it’s utility for rural living environment. The author selectedsome evaluation index to do quantitative analysis, these evaluation index include thebefore and after construction data about the productive infrastructure, the land using situation, the production efficiency and the overall efficiency, The aim is to reflectthe utility for rural living environment before and after construction objectively. Inorder to make a better reflection, this thesis did analysis to the research area usingLikert Scale essentiality-satisfaction survey and Delphi Method.The author finally found out that the utility for rural living environment of theland consolidation in Hanyang Town, Jiange County was positive, the result of theanalysis to the research area using Likert Scale essentiality-satisfaction survey andDelphi Method can illustrate this point, after construction the rural livingenvironment composite index of research area raised62.09%and73.6%. theirrigation guarantee rate of research area raised26%, road trip rate of rainy dayraised25.42%, the rate of infrastructure raised14.75%. Before construction the landarea of the research area is9241.2mu, after construction the land area of theresearch area is10770.75mu, the land area of the research area increased1529.55mu, the rate of increase is16.56%. After construction the per-capita net income ofrural residents of the research area raised26%, the return of the investment raised16.18%, this land consolidation project achieved satisfactory economic, social andenvironmental benefits.
