With the rapid global industrialization, developed countries are facing more andmore serious environmental pollution and lead to many serious pollution accidents. Inthe recent years, with the development of our industry, accidental environmentalevents of construction projects have occurred all the time and have got great damageto environments and people of surrounding. Therefore, risk assessment to constructionprojects is very necessary.Cyclopentanone project mainly uses Flammable, explosive, toxic substances, forexample carbinol, acetic acid etc and product in High temperature and high pressureconditions. So production of the project exits environment risks of fire, explosion andthe release of toxic substances. Based on the risk assessment research status of athome and abroad, the paper analyzes the technological process of10000T/YCyclopentanone project, do risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, constructenvironment risk assessment system and put forward risk prevention measures andemergency plan, thus provide reference to risk assessment of Cyclopentanone project.Firstly, according to the material of the project, the paper determines the mainenvironment risk factors by risk identification. Secondly, the paper evaluates the mainenvironment risk factors by reasonable risk assessment methods, calculate the riskvalue of risk accident of the project process and get the acceptable risk level. In theend, according to the results of risk assessment, the paper put forward the riskprevention measures and emergency plan to prevent and reduce environmental risk.
