| Brake master cylinder is an important vehicle components on a hydraulic brake system,which affects the performance of automotive brake directly. In the brake master cylinder, the main cylinder is a key piece. At present,in the actual production, the inner surface of the master cylinder is processed as commonly honing in the final process, which is poor quality, low surface roughness of the workpiece which has been processed,and the lowly processing efficiency.In respownse to this situation, the application of high-speed grinding technology which replaces traditional honing of master cylinder brake and which is on fixing abrasive, and developed machine suitable for new grinding technology is an important issue urgent solution. In this paper, processing equipment on master cylinder of the master cylinder brake is designing.Include the following aspects:(1) The overall design of machine tools, determine the overall layout of the machine and the machine parameters, drawing a solid model of the overall machine, building modal analysis for the machine bed;(2)The design ideas, parts location, the action to be completed of spindles and transmission were introduced,and solid mode of pindles and transmission was built;(3)Fixture design of machine tool. According to machine tools which was designed and parts which are willing to be processed, the fixture’s overall program was determined, and built three-dimensional solid model as application software, analysised on static as ANSYS software. |
