| Generally, as the development of photovoltaic technology goes on, the contemporary optical system needs more high-precision for non-spherical optical components, and more and more types of non-spherical emerges. Hence, the non-spherical polishing CNC machining technology has important meaning and practical values in the modern machining technology.In the first, the paper summarizes the status of the non-spherical polishing CNC machining technology both at home and abroad, analysis the aspheric optical components in the future application prospects, and makes further describe the problems which may appear in the modern non-spherical polishing technology. Then, the principles of CNC polishing techniques has been analysed which include the basic principles of the Preston equation and the characteristics of the removal function. On this basis, this paper analysis the causes of the edge effect and deeply investigate the removal function optimization method by simulation. Finally, base on the design algorithm, with the polishing process design software, the design requirements and parameters has been completed in the polishing experiments. |
