Complex surface parts in improve the performance of the system, realizing the special features of workpiece, reduce the amount of system components, to decrease the size of the system has many incomparable advantages, in the aerospace, national defense,communication, biomedicine, energy, vehicles and other industrial and civil fields with the increasing application demand. Complex surface parts can achieve breakthrough in these important areas of application, the key still lies in the realization of high efficiency, high precision and low cost.But complex surface of polishing processing technology is directly affect the machining parts of complex curved surface machining precision and machining efficiency of the process, in the process of parts processing has a very important research significance.In this paper, five-axis ultra-precision polishing machine as experimental platform,based on force control technology complex surface polishing process. The theoretical analysis of Princeton(Preston) shows that the size of the polishing pressure between the polishing head and the part to be machined is a very important factor affecting the quality of surface polishing. According to the complicated curved surface of each lapping and points on the volume of removal, processing feed model is deduced; According to the position relationship between two adjacent, residual error of complex surface machining process model, according to the residual error model can further verify the choice of processing step is reasonable, in order to obtain high precision of curved surface precision provides a strong theoretical basis.In polishing process, without changing the polishing head removal capacity(constant removal function), but with the change in the length of the polishing tool to control the dwell time polishing removal amount, the length of the residence time can be achieved by polishing tool feed speed is achieved. Depending on the complexity surfaces are distributed surface error processing parts and surface polishing head removal function,distributed computing and get the feed rate of the polishing tool, the more material is removed, the longer it resides, and then polishing tool feed rate is smaller, and vice versa.According polishing force, dwell time and the relationship between the amount of polishing to remove, through the polishing force detection, decoupling, polishing head according to the parameters, shape parameters and material parameters of parts, polishing rotation axis spindle speed, solves for real-time optimization of the feed rate and the polishing path compensation value, and for determining the pressure between the polishing tool and polishing the surface of the part to be machined dwell time, make five-axisultra-precision polishing machine polishing force under control you can achieve humanoid polishing operations, and ultimately ensure polishing surface quality of machined parts.Finally, on the 5-axis ultra-precision lapping and machine tool has carried on the experimental study, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method was verified.
