This paper has studied the preparation of different types of surfactant/carbon nanotubes modified electrodes, In the research of the modified electrodes to the bare of electrochemical electrodes on behavior and electro-catalysis, From the right type of surfactant screening added to MWNTs modified glassy carbon electrode.Use the different methods of preparation colloid solution in the later, research in different micelle solution system and different carbon nanotubes modified electrodes on drug electric analysis of the test results. Research the different drugs in different solution system of the effects and mechanism analysis by the use of cyclic voltammety、different pulse voltammety、linear scanning voltammety. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of the catalytic effect for MWNTs and SWCNTs. The results show that:the method of selective、good stability, for the determination with opposite electric charge of biological materials to provide a new idea.
