| Take copper as a metal filler for electromagnetic shielding paint, there is a drawback because copper is easily oxidized, in order to solve this problem. In our experiment, with TEOS (TEOS) as precursors, in the ethanol system, by the sol-gel method,hydrolysis and condensation Preparation of SiO2-coated copper powder, to avoid the copper oxidation. By the experiments, we detemine that the best reaction condition is as follows:TEOS, water, ammonia, copper powder mass ratio of0.5:34:0.75:5, reaction temperature at50℃, reaction time for5h. In copper surface formed a lay of SiO2protective film; Use of XRD and FTIR analysis for characterization of SiO2-coated copper powder, the results confirmed that the formation of SiO2protective film in the copper surface.In this experiment, with epoxy acrylate resin as based material, Copper powder as a coating of conductive filler, KH550as a coupling agent was prepared for shield paint. Discussed the conductive filler particle size, shape, the amount of add, silane coupling agent such as additives amount which is affect on the conductive properties of the coating and electromagnetic shielding performance. And test shielding effectiveness and comprehensive performance for the blend of shielding paint. |
