As electrical radiation pollution becomes more and more serious,endangering human health,the high-performance electromagnetic shielding clothing can make human safe from the effects of radiation.The vector network analyzer was used in this paper to test several kinds of electromagnetic shielding performance of conductive fabric,and explored the relationship between the different structure of fabric and the electromagnetic shielding performance.This project research of conductive fabric with silver plated yarn woven fabric,surface conductive graphite coated fabric,commercial silver plated silver needle fabric and commercial silver plated silver woven fabrics.The experimental results show that the silver yarn woven fabric of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is proportional to the content of silver yarn,shielding effectiveness up to 58 db.Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of conductive graphite coated fabric surface is proportional to the content of polyester filament,the shielding effectiveness of 0.9 dB.Self-made electromagnetic shielding fabric performance was lower than those of commercial electromagnetic shielding fabric,the reason is the use of electrical conductivity of yarn worse than commercial use,and more,the commercial fabric has bigger tightness.The smaller the resistance,the higher the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.The tightness of fabric and shielding effectiveness of fabric were positively to the linear relationship.
