Mechanical variable speed explosive-proof mine hoist smoothly achieve thestarting process and the stopping process by two degrees of freedom planetarygear reducer and speed regulating brake,and its dynamic responsing characteristicon the starting process and the stopping process is analyzed by simulation and thecontrol of braking torque is researched in this paper.These researches areimportant to improve the aperating efficiency of mine hoist and reduce the energyconsumption of brake.The woking principle of mechanical variable speed explosive-proof minehoist and mechanical variable speed brake are analyzed in this paper,the simplifiedmodel of gear reducer is proposed and its moment of inertia and reduction ratio arecalculated in this paper.The dynamic principle of lifting system and the calculationmethod of equivalent load torque are analyzed.mechanical speed regulatinghoisting system is modeled using the Simulink enviroment,the whole model isafter set the main parameters of the simulation system by consulting andcalculated. Put forwoard three section ramp function as the input signal ofproportional reducing valve during the starting acceleration process,get thecharacteristics of mechanical variable speed mine hoist and the energyconsumption of speed brake under the different load and the different speedbraking torque.Analyzed the collaborative control simulation between the speedregulating brake and the working brake during the stopping decelerationprocess,get the dynamic reponsing characteristics of mechanical variable speedmine hoist with the different working braking torque.The simulation results show the main inflence factor of the dynamicCharacteristics of mechanical variable speed explosive-proof mine hoist is thebraking torque of speed brake.The starting acceleration of hoist does not appearmutation phenomenon and the energy consumption of speed brake is normal,whenthe reasonable speed braking torque is inputed.This paper also got the followingconclusions:the value of acceleration depends on the value of difference betweenthe braking torque and the equivalent torque of lifting load,if this difference is toolarge or too small,there will be appear the phenomenons of mine car derailmentand brake overheating.The slower of the starting speed in the starting process,the energy consumption of brake will be more.So mechanical variable speedexplosive-proof mine hoist requires a good quality of bottom rail to ensure thehigh starting speed, thereby reducing the calorific capacity of brake. In thestopping process,the bigger of the woking braking torque,the bigger of the drumdeceleration,so a larger working braking torque can sure the smaller initialvelocity when car enter the shaft yard,reduce natural silding time and slidingdistance of car.The simulation model in this paper can provide simulation platform fordynamic analysis of speed control system of mechanical variable speed minehoist,and can provide the theoretical reference for the further research of thesystem.
