The Evaluation Of Municipal Waste Transport System Based On Multi-models

Along with the social development, the rise of living standard, the strengthen ofenvironmental protection concept, the government, the society, the residents put forwardhigher request on municipal waste collection and transportation. Studing municipal wastetransport system evaluation methods, analyzing transport system, and putting forward theoptimization strategy, is an important measure of municipal waste integrated management.This paper has promulgated for implementation of the standards, using the entropy weightmethod, the DEA model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in view of China’s typicalof urban living garbage transport system set up with a general of the general evaluationmodel. Firstly, study sorts of typical municipal waste domestic transport systemscomperhensively, analyzes their characteristics, and find out the suitable evaluationbreakthrough point. Research Zhengzhou municipal waste transport systems, collect primarymaterial. Then study variety of comprehensive evaluation methods, analyzes the advantagesand disadvantages of each, and applied it to the evaluation model of all the parts of theevaluation process and calculation, and finally the evaluation method of different integrationinto a complete model, with MATLAB language write a program. In the course of researchaimed at the evaluation model application analysis, and find out the difficulties, and putsforward solutions.Finally, this paper to zhengzhou city municipal waste transportation system as anexample, further verified the model is reasonable, and draw the following two mainconclusions:(1) In the evaluation of the municipal waste transportation system, subjectiveand objective method both methods should be both. This paper puts forward the subjectiveindicators with subjective method assignment, objective indicators empowerment in anobjective way of empowerment assignment method is feasible.(2) Entropy weight methodand DEA method in quantitative evaluation is significant advantage, can be used asevaluation index of empowerment assignment method. Through the analysis by DEA method,can find out the weak links of transport units in a waste transportation system, theoptimization for provide reliable reference opinions, and enhanced the system efficientoperation.
