| Since it was listed as one of the first pilot cities for domestic waste classification in China,Hefei City has actively responded and carried out waste classification work.At present,a whole-process classification management system for domestic waste has been formed. However, from the perspective of the current situation and effectiveness of garbage classification in the city,it is generally faced with practical problems such as poor source classification effect, difficult end-to-end disposal, low resource recycling rate, and relatively sluggish concept of fine classification. Therefore,it is very important to explore and formulate a fine classification model of urban domestic waste sources that is suitable for the status quo of waste classification in Hefei and the needs of waste management, and also has future development space. This paper takes domestic waste in the main urban area of Hefei City as the research object, through the investigation of the types and physical components of domestic waste in Hefei City, and the investigation of public awareness and behavior of fine classification of waste. On this basis,an index evaluation system for fine classification of domestic waste was constructed, the index weighting method and comprehensive evaluation method were selected, and a comprehensive evaluation model for fine classification of urban domestic waste was established. Finally, the optimal and most suitable domestic waste fine classification model for Hefei City is obtained.Specifically, this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Although Hefei City has basically formed a whole-process management system for domestic waste, the front-end classification collection still has a low classification accuracy rate and insufficient resource utilization. At the same time, the implementation of the garbage classification policy system in various urban areas is not thorough enough, and the implementation of standards is not uniform enough,so there are obvious differences.(2)The results of the questionnaire survey reflect that the public in Hefei City often manifests the "inconsistency of knowledge and action" in which the willingness and behavior are inconsistent with the behavior of garbage classification awareness. At the same time, the public’s opinions on the fine classification of domestic waste are not unified enough, and the choice of the fine classification model is more inclined to the option I: Four-classification model of domestic waste based on the "four basics and one level" structure.(3)Using AHP-entropy weight method combination weighting method based on linear weighted fusion, the ranking of the evaluation indicators affecting the fine classification of domestic waste is obtained as follows: environmental pollution >social acceptability > resource recovery income > degree of resource utilization >degree of reduction > Difficulty in identification and implementation > difficulty in management and implementation > time cost > investment and operating costs.(4)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate and compare the alternatives for the fine classification mode of urban domestic waste in Hefei City. The evaluation results believe that Option III: Elevenclassification model of domestic waste based on the "four basics and two levels" structure is the optimal fine classification mode of domestic waste. |
