It is one of important issues to control environmental pollution and resolve watershortage. Industrial wastewater treatment is the most important. But the insoluble organicwastewater in industrial wastewater has been the biggest problem in the industrial watertreatment as a result of water treatment method being limited at present. It can’t be asignificant removal effect of this insoluble organic industrial wastewater using conventionalwater treatment methods. Especially the stringent requirements of industrial effluentdischarge standards in recent years, sewage from most of the industrial production weredifficult to achieve the emission standards. This paper contraposing the dispersioncharacteristic of insoluble organic pollutants in water and governance requirements,combining with the advantages of the flocculation and sedimentation, prepare cationicflocculant across polyamine graft groups. And research insoluble organic pollution ofindustrial waste water by the electrostatic attraction of the grafted groups and flocculant offlocculation, in order to obtain new materials and methods of organic wastewater treatment.The basic idea of this paper is that the insoluble organic pollutants existent in the formof microemulsion droplets in water and have electrical properties. Taking the long-chain ofcommon polyacrylamide (PAM) as skeleton, taking ethylenediamine (1,2-Ethanediamine),diethylene triamine (of DETA), triethylenetetramine (TETA) molecules as grafted groups,adding to formaldehyde, grafting three types of groups on polyacrylamide backboneaccording with the Mannich (mannich) the reaction, acquire three kinds of graft flocculant ofthe cationic which is natureethylenediamine(EPAM),diethylenetriamine(DPAM), Triethylene-tetramine (TPAM). The three kinds of polyene polyamine graft flocculant can cationic byhydrolysis and acquire amination grafted cationic flocculant.Therefore the class of flocculanthas electrostatic binding properties and flocculation dual function. And thus gets newmaterials and methods of removing insoluble organic pollution from water.The main contents of this paper:(1)Make a detailed study of the preparation method and conditions of the three kinds ofpolyene polyamine graft flocculant. By single factor optimization method examine the effect about the conditions of the synthesis of these three polyene polyamine flocculant-feed ratio,temperature, pH, reaction time;determine the best parameters of synthesis process. Thegrafting ratio of EPAM and DPAM can get up to about60%; TPAM can get up to40%underoptimal conditions.(2)Use infrared spectroscopy to identify structural of graft flocculant, confirmed thatethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine graft groups graft on the amidegroups of grafted polyacrylamide by covalent bond. Study the performance about watertreatment of the synthesis polyene polyamine flocculants. Evaluation the flocculationperformance of three kinds of synthetic graft by treating high turbidity water withflocculation. The result of experiment shows that the three kinds of flocculant have goodeffect. These flocculant not only has flocculation like the polyacrylamide flocculant, as wellas has the performance of the electrostatic capture like the cationic group. EPAM can reducethe turbidity of water sample from about624.909degrees to108.364degrees, the removalefficiency reaches82%; DPAM can reduce the turbidity of water sample from624.909degreeto81.818degrees,the removal efficiency reaches87%; TPAM can reduce the turbidity ofwater sample from624.909degrees to101.818degrees of water samples, the removalefficiency reaches82%. The DPAM’s performance is better than EPAM and TPAM.(3) select benzene and kerosene to simulate organic wastewater which aromatichydrocarbons, straight chain hydrocarbon present in. Study the performance of polyenepolyamine graft flocculant recovery organic sewage. Investigate the performance of threeflocculants in water treatment, according to Flocculant dosage, the amount of kaolin, thesolution pH, standing time, water conditions and other factors.The result of experiment showsthat this three kinds of flocculant all have excellent processing performance to recovery theorganic industrial wastewater. In the optimal treatment conditions, the EPAM can reduceCOD of wastewater containing benzene from450.326mg/L to66.502mg/L, the removalefficiency reaches88.44%; wastewater containing hydrocarbon from695.060mg/L to65.990mg/L, the removal efficiency reaches90.19%. DPAM can reduce COD of wastewatercontaining benzene from about700.56mg/L to15.265mg/L, the removal rate reaches98%;wastewater containing hydrocarbon from295.188mg/L to31.962mg/L, the removal ratereaches89.2%. TPAM can reduces COD of wastewater containing benzene from approximately455.495mg/L to24.530mg/L, removal rate reaches94.62%;wastewatercontaining hydrocarbon from approximately about478.660mg/L to222.844mg/L, removalefficiency reaches53.44%.All reaches the national regulations on industrial wastewaterdischarge standard (COD <100mg/L). By the experiment that inorganic-organic compoundand organic-organic compound handle the wastewater containing benzene and hydrocarbon,confirm that the effect of organic-organic compound is superior to a single flocculant.(4) The experiment depends on the project of Yulin Municipal Science andTechnology.And selects water samples from a coking plant in Yulin and a coal washing plantin Hancheng. Study the performance that three kinds of graft flocculant handle the practicallywater sample, using COD and chroma as the evaluation. The experiment confirms thatsynthetic graft flocculant has good processing performance on handling water sample thatcomes from the coking plant in Yulin. The triethylenetetramine graft flocculant can make thelight transmission rate of wastewater about3.1%to96.9%; can reduce the COD from306.471mg/L to122.488mg/L, the removal rate reaches60.03%. Synthetic graft flocculanthas a good processing performance on handle water sample that come from a coal washingplant in HanCheng,too. Inorganic and organic flocculants complex can reduce the COD from2142.976mg/L to39.7mg/L, the removal rate reaches98.1%and can improve the watertransmittance rate from9.8%to99.7%.The innovation of subject is preparing a new type of polyene polyamine graft flocculantsthat is new materials and methods of organic wastewater treatment. This technology has easyoperation, low cost, high potency. So it will be widely used in industrial wastewatertreatment.
