This paper mainly includes three parts: the first part of a pharmaceutical factory in Dalian for the pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater, using micro-electrolysis,Fenton reagent, flocculation and a combination of biological treatment process. First use micro-electrolysis-Fenton reagent– flocculation of pharmaceutical wastewater pre-treatment, Investigate of various factors on the effect of removing CODCr. Then use a salt-tolerant bacterium on the chemical pretreatment of wastewater after biological treatment of organic pollutants in wastewater and inorganic nutrients into microbial stability, harmless substances. Investigate of various factors on the performance of degradation of organic compounds. The results indicated that: The combined process, the wastewater of the pharmaceutical intermediate CODCr by the 43637mg / L down to 7223mg / L, removal rate of 81.4%.The second part, Daqing Refining & Chemical General Plant polyacrylamide water quality of industrial wastewater by chemical coagulation-Fenton reagent combined oxidation treatment process. First, the chemical coagulation method using polyacrylamide industrial wastewater pretreatment,experiments carried out using FeCl3 as coagulant and the effect of dosing method experiments, treatment of waste water by chemical coagulation and the best conditions. And then use the 1% H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O ratio of Fenton reagent on the formation of deep oxidation of wastewater treatment. Use of such methods for water treatment rate of 74% removal of organic matter over, the water is clear and transparent, can be achieved in industrial circulating water quality requirements. Research shows that the combination process of Daqing Refining & Chemical General Plant polyacrylamide industrial wastewater is a very effective technique.The third part,combined with a pharmaceutical factory in Dalian wastewater discharged pharmaceutical intermediates and chemical pretreatment of water samples by the example of the selective detection of volatile organic compounds. Use conventional detection methods-gas chromatography, retention time qualitative in the quantitative effect on the solvent extraction of pharmaceutical wastewater by chemical pretreatment of samples and water samples to detect volatile organic compounds analysis. The results indicated that: by gas chromatography were detected in samples of pharmaceutical wastewater containing organic pollutants and their content 9; and water samples by chemical pretreatment of 9 detected levels of contaminants. Pharmaceutical wastewater by chemical pretreatment, the original water, benzene, ethylbenzene, m-nitrobenzene, nitro-chlorobenzene, m-nitro-chlorobenzene, phenol, organic pollutant removal rate of 6 close to 100%. The remaining: toluene, dinitrobenzene, and xylenol three kinds of organic contaminants in line with the state to allow emission levels.
