Xinyu mine preparation plant is an annual handling capacity of5.0Mt power coalpreparation plant every year, mainly low-sulfur coal into the wash, mining capacity will reach6.0Mt in the end of2012. Currently, Coal does not meet current energy policy态low-carboneconomy and environmental protection policy without washing process to direct use duringthe production process. In order to not affect the normal production and water closed cycle ofthe plant, to be able to achieve the economic efficiency of enterprises and eco-environmentalbenefits,use the physico-chemical of coagulation and sedimentation treatment coal-washingwastewater and solve the refractory practical problems completely of Xinyu minecoal-washing wastewater in technology,experimention study identified the technicalparameters of coal-washing wastewater and the choice of process to treatment.This paper to aim at water quality features of the Xinyu mine coal-washing wastewater,Supernatant turbidity and interface settling velocity as treatment index,primary study: Todetermine the preferred flocculant for treatment coal-washing wastewater and the optimumpH range, influencing factors and best pharmaceutical dosage of treatmenting coal-washingwastewater. According to experimention,inorganic pharmaceutical and different PAM wasselected for the treatment agents, the results show that choose PAM-1as treatment agents forXinyu coal;when the coal-washing wastewater become high mud level,treatment agents wereused PAC and PAM-1,not only the settling velocity faster,water turbidity is low,but alsoprocessing cost economy.According to experimention study,we can get the optimum technical parameters by usingPAM-1to deal with coal-washing wastewater of Xinyu main:The best dosage of PAM-1is75~102g/t.coal,when concentration of coal-washing wastewater is38~70g/L,the settlingvelocity is3.5~5.2mm/s,the supernatant turbidity is48~60NTU;the best waterpowercondition is: G is40~88S-1, T is15~30S and G t is900~1600.If we add PAM-1step by step,the best ratio is4:6(First,40percent and second,60percent).this method can save themedicament by approximately20%~30%.Using inorganic coagulants and organic flocculantswith the dosing sequence Can reduce the dosage of organic flocculants,when the mud levelincreases,the supernatants have less surface floating,inorganic coagulants is1.2kg/t.coal and organic flocculants is70g/t.coal,the settling velocity is2.0~3.0mm/s,the supernatant turbidityis50~70NTU,experiment showed that the role of the PAC and slime water:G is225~300S-1,Tis60-80S.With the test results,According to slime water samples under the hydraulic operatingconditions, to meet the circumstances of the settling velocity and water turbidity,we establishthe mathematical of relationship between dosage and concentration of coal-washingwastewater: Y=0.9603X+39.93,the mathematical relationship of the pH snd settling velocity:Y=0.4144X+0.3931,and put forward the process of treatment coal-washing wastewater.
