Fabric compression performance is an important mechanical and physical properties offabric, one fabric style it is an important factor in the evaluation, but also other textileproducts are important determinants of performance. With the importance of fabric stylesand other textile products industry the importance of compression performance, fabrics andother textile products for the compression performance for fast, accurate testing has beenvery necessary.The subject of analysis of the existing fabric compression performance test instrumentsand methods, their advantages and disadvantages obtained for their lack of heavy fabric orheavy non-woven textile products and the lack of compression performance testing ofexisting fabric strength tester features a single, type of fabric strength tester to HD026N asthe basis for an appropriate transformation, the new test by delphi write a test control systemhas been a wide range of easy maintenance, lower cost of compression performance testequipment. Break before the powerful function of a single instrument, not the shortcomingsof compatibility and shared resources, save costs and expand the testing scope of testing.Control system software design and development is the main task of this issue, this paperintroduces the test control system hardware and software on this platform design anddevelopment.Test system hardware uses a dual-processor machine the upper and lower framestructure, the mechanical drive technology, AC servo control technology and computertechnology organically integrated. Structure in the test system is responsible for movementof the lower machine control and data acquisition, PC is responsible for commandtransmission, and test data reception, processing and graphic display. This clear division oflabor structure and improve the overall system sampling rate and test performance. Testsystem software is some of the major PC software system implementation. Issue inaccordance with test system software development methods and design criteria, combinedwith the mechanical properties of textile materials and textile characteristics of the test,completed the PC software design and development. This test system uses plug-in technology to improve the system’s reusability andextensibility, to extend the system’s life cycle, and the introduction of the dynamic objectgeneration technology, saving system resources, improve the efficiency of the system,increasing program flexibility nature, with the powerful Delphi object Linking andEmbedding functions to achieve the system automatically exporting Excel reports, the useof a graphical user interface, simple and intuitive, easy to use, convenient query results.While some test indicators in-depth analysis and detailed feasibility studies, designoptimization of a more accurate algorithm...
