Coal Mine Fan is the key equipment in coal mine safety production, andresponsible for transportation fresh air to the underground, discharge dust and dirtyair, ensure the safety production assignment. In order to ensure the safety productionin coal mine, the operation state of coal mine fan must be in real-time monitoring. Thesafety monitoring system of Coal mine has some disadvantage with great monitoringparameters, large amount of data and monitoring points of distance, poor workingconditions, serious electromagnetic interference and so on, all of this put higherrequest of the safety monitoring for data transmission. The existing data transmissionsuch as in the cost, anti-interference ability, the transmission distance and the coderate is difficult to meet the coal mine fan safety requirements of monitoring system.For the fan data transmission of the practical demands of coal mine safety monitoringsystem, this paper studies the development of coal mine safety monitoring data fanwireless spread-spectrum transmission system, and the main research include:The design of scheme about the wireless spread-spectrum data transmission system of the coal mine fans safety monitoring. Discusses the types, structure and the main operation parameters of the coal mine fan. Design the overall structure of the safety monitoring system of the coal mine fan. Expounds the monitoring parameters, monitoring position, sensor selection and working environment the fan coal mine safety monitoring system monitoring and puts forward to the specific requirements of the coalmine safety monitoring system for the data transmission. Design the scheme about the wireless spread-spectrum data transmission system of the coal mine fans’ safety monitoring.The design and implementation of coal mine fan safety monitoring datawireless spread spectrum transmission system. According to the workingcharacteristics of coal minefan safe operation,analysis and put forward the coal minefan safety monitoring data wireless spread spectrum transmission systemperformance indicators. On this basis, having designed and implemented respectivelyNios processor, thiers internal modules of transmitter and receiver based on theSOPC,and checking the corresponding simulation modules.The anti-interference performance analysis of mine fan safety monitoringwireless spread-spectrum data transmission system. The simulation model of mine fansafety monitoring wireless spread-spectrum data transmission system is established. Simulation Parameters are setted based on the wireless data transfer requirement ofmine fan safety monitoring system. The simulation result is analysed. Anti-sinusoidalinterference simulation model, anti-narrow-band interference simulation model,anti-multipath interference simulation model and other spread spectrum signalsimulation model of mine fan safety monitoring system are established. Set theinterference model parameters based on the working environment of the mine fan,analyzed the simulation results, and verified the great capacity of the mine fan safetymonitoring data wireless spread spectrum transmission system on interferenceresisting.Integration and experiment of the coal mine fan safety monitoring data wirelessspread spectrum transmission system.Building the coal mine fan safety monitoringsystem experimental platform,coal mine fan safety monitoring data wirelessspread-spectrum transmission system have been integrated into the coal mine safetymonitoring system. By monitoring the fan wind speed, have a experiment and analysisamong the coal fan safety monitoring data wireless spread spectrum transmissionsystem,short micro power wireless transmission system and cable transmissionsystem.
