Siemens company advocated TIA technology that played a demonstration rolemodel in the industrial control system, and the improvement of TIA’s software andhardware of control system and powerful technical support services have importantinfluence, Profibus-DP Field-bus and industrial Ethernet technology in an efficient andthe information transmission and data processing functions in modern enterprise quicklyproduction management plays an important role and promote the development of theproduction of seamless steel tube.Secondly，this article reference the TIA technology, our country is lagging intechnology but it can also meet some production requirements. Establish the networksystem of the company, then let the enterprise management, workshop and theequipment monitoring layer could spread more quickly and unobstructed. This caneffectively avoid the information transmission delay and improve enterprise’sinformation management level.The information net of the enterprise is designed based on Profibus-DP Field-busand industrial Ethernet technology, and setup the communication network with the Step7software system. Then we can also elaborate design PC monitoring system to improvethe network information processing function in the ability of the cases later, in theworkshop monitoring layer can learn the situation of equipment operation andproduction process more clearly. I make a design in the automation control system toimprove the accuracy and efficiency of rolling tube.
