The quality of bathing wastewater is stable, and biodegradability is possible. Themain pollutants in bathing wastewater are COD, NH4+-N and LAS. Through two levels ofbiochemistry processing will reach the standards of domestic water discharging. SBRprocess will be the main process of experimental study on biochemical treatment fortreating the bathing wastewater. We should figure out the wastewater quality and thencultivate and domesticate the activated sludge from wastewater treatment plant in a citybefore the experiment. Afterwards, we carry out SBR reactor of biochemical reaction testto treat bathing wastewater. Finally, the optimum operation and design parameters of theprocess are fixed out through adjusting control and operation parameters of the SBRreactor and determinating the treated water quality.The sludge loading, aeration time and dissolved oxygen will be the main influencefactors of removal rate of bathing wastewater pollutants and design three factors and fourlevels orthogonal test. Through the investigation of the removal rate of COD and NH4+-Nfigures out the optimum process parameters for treating the bathing wastewater. Whensludge loading is0.10kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d), aeration time is3h and DO (dissolvedoxygen) is3mg/L, the removal rate of COD and NH4+-N is respectively90.4%and78.2%as their concentration is successively25.7mg/L and2.83mg/L. The treated waterquality reaches the standards of domestic water discharging.Through the optimum process parameters by the orthogonal experiment furtherinvestigate Nitrogen removal effect of SBR process. When hypoxia-response time iscontrolled at55min, the removal rate of TN is74.2%, tends to be stable, and the effluentconcentration is9.51mg/L. SBR process has much effect on Nitrogen removal.Integrating various influence factors, finally, the optimum process conditions andprocess results of treating the bathing wastewater by SBR process are water inlet time of5min, low speed stirring time of55min, aeration time of3h, settling time of50min,water outlet time of55min, standby time of50min and each operation period time of345min. When sludge loading is0.10kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d) and DO (dissolved oxygen) is3mg/L, the concentration of COD, NH4+-N, LAS and TN is successively26.3mg/L, 2.91mg/L,0.42mg/L and9.51mg/L. The treated water quality reaches the standards ofdomestic water discharging. |
