| Auto components progressive die, due to its high productivity and low productioncosts, is more and more widely used in the automotive industry.Auto componentsprogressive die design is known as the technical difficulty and long manufacturing cycle,processing equipment requirements refined, high prices. At present, die companies cometo design the upper and lower die base mostly by hand. This duplication of designing andmodeling is a waste of manpower.In order to effectively use all kinds of practice experience, professional knowledge,and other relative information accurately design the automobile components progressivedie, the paper mainly studys in three typical structures that are working partsã€blankinglifter and die base. Based on the typical structure of this three-part, the function templatewas established by modular technology, parametric technology, then, based on a summaryof the design experience and knowledge and norms,we form a practical and efficientdesign methodBased on the studies we analyze the needs of the design system of auto componentsprogressive die,induct typical structures, summed up the detailed design specification andcomplete the overall design of the system.At last the system was developed by UG-basedprogramming methods. The system mainly includes the working parts, blanking lifterand die base.The system proved to be stable, efficient and convenient after instance test ofcooperation between manufacturers. |
