As the important sign of national industry modernization, high precision machiningcenter will directly have a great impact on the state machinery and equipmentmanufacturing, textile, defense and other important areas. It helps to improve ourequipment manufacturing level. It has an irreplaceable role to national economy growth,promoting China’s machine tool design and manufacture level. High accuracy, high speed,high automation processing center will become the development trend of the future. Basedon the high speed machining center spindle as the research object, analyzes the process ofhigh-speed spindle system of machine tool temperature field formation, reasons forthermal deformation, thermal calculation and analysis of characteristics and thermaldeformation control problems.This paper expounds the machine tool thermal deformation of heat source, thermaldeformation mechanism, and thermal deformation of machine tool control measures.Introduced the machine tool thermal properties for high speed motorized spindle isanalyzed by a finite element method, including the problem of temperature field modeling,control equation and boundary conditions are established, the finite element analysis oftemperature field. High speed machining center spindle as the research object, establishesthe motorized spindle finite element analysis model, and discusses the combinationsurface treatment method of motorized spindle. In the establishment of the motorizedspindle based on finite element analysis model, the spindle system of temperature fieldand thermal deformation is analyzed in detail, the concept of high-speed motorized spindlethermal deformation.On the high speed machining center spindle unit for temperature test, temperature testdata, fitting out of spindle and bearing temperature change curve, set temperature and time,speed, displacement, the mathematical model of the relationship between. To find out theeffect of changes of temperature is the main factor. Then as the main axis of the thermaldeformation of the spindle of the compensation measures, temperature control, improvingthe processing precision of high speed machine tool.Finally, this paper analysis and the test results are summarized, and the further workare proposed.
