| The particularity of “three soft†coal seam in henna waster area decides neardistance lower protective coal seam is the most economicalã€the most effective regionaloutburst prevention measures,to study and master gas distribution and migration lawduring mining is the basic guarantee of near distance lower protective coal seam safelymining. The gas flow mechanism of protective coal seam mining is a complex process,the CFD failed to solve the coupling relationship between gas migration and coal seamdischarging swelling.To build a gas flow model for near distance lower protective coalseam mining, starting from overlying strata deformation and gas flow characteristics ofnear distance lower protective seam mining, using numerical simulation method todeeply study the stress distribution and gas migration law of protective coal seamoverlying strata and protected coal seam, and the use of plane strain compression testsobtained coal permeability character under the stress of二1seam. On the basis of theresearch,combining gas pressure-relief flow theory, based on COMSOL constructs agas flow coupling model of the near distance lower protective coal seam mining,through porosityã€pore pressure transfer coupling effect between coal seam deformationand gas migration, combine Navier-Stokes and Brinkman flow pattern with gasdiffusion of Fick’s law organically, and using COMSOL Multiphysics software to solveand get the gas distribution and migration law of the whole floe field, and realize thevisualization of the results. The model is used for predicted henna waster mining areaprotective coal seam mining effect that under different overlying strata, proved therationality of the model. The model is used for selecting location of special gas roadwayand comparing relative merits of ventilation mode in mining face. |
