Spatial selectivity to improve the [2+2] photodimerization reaction has been the focus ofstudy in the light reaction. Two-component in co-crystals reacted through the weak bond force.And the bicomponent material containing the C=C bond made the space arrangement toincrease the diversity of self-assembly. After that, we can arrange molecules in the desiredconfiguration in order to enhance the stereoselectivity of photoreaction, obtaining theexpected products. The gelator molecules go to self-assemble to form low-molecular-massgels via hydrogen bongding、л-л interactions、van der Waals forces etc. in order to guide toenhance the stereo selectivity of photodimerization.The main work of this paper was departed to three parts:The first part introduced the research progress of photoreaction and the photoreactionperspective of two components gel state and co-crystals.In the second part, Synthesised photoreaction substrates (replace) trans cinnamic acid(A1-A4) and (replace) styrene base pyridine (B1-B3) and reserched a solid-photoreaction. weuse the intermolecular interaction between (replace) trans-cinnamic acid (A1-A4) and (replace)styrene pyridine (B1-B3) to synthesize a series of two-component complex. We carried on theco-crystals on the complex, and used the IR, XRD, DSC and other technical means tocharacterize the co-crystals.Through the photoreaction studies on a series of the co-crystals,we found that the substituent can affect the photodimerization of co-crystals to get differentdimerization products. Comparing to the monomer, the photodimerization of co-crystalsrelatively has the advantage of the stereoselective.The third part synthesised Ⅰ-Ⅴ five new kind of low-molecular-mass gels whichcontains amide, double alcohols, mannitol and tested its gel ability. Produced two componentsform gel substance using the interaction of small molecules gel factor and light dimer reactionsubstrate which were synthesized before, and test their gel ability. For conductingphotoreaction found that the products isomerization obvious advantage, and isomers productmainly while dimerization products as the times product. For styrene base pyridine substratehas certain selective advantage.
