Containing about23%-25%of TiO2, Titania-bearing blast furnace slag from Panzhihua is a valuable titanium resource.How to use it in a low-cost, ecological way has become a research hotspot.The previous study found that after modification treatment, Titania-bearing blast furnace slag has some antibacterial properties.Based on this study, this paper mainly studies the antibacterial properties of synthetic of single minein the ti-bearing blast furnace slag, also the antibacterial properties and mechanism of the titanium-bearing blast furnace slag doped with other substances.The use of XRF, XRD, SEM, UV-Vis-DRS and other analytical methods to determine synthesis conditions of single mine in the Titania-bearing blast furnace slag and chemical composition, and the use of bacteriostasis ring and flask oscillation methods were conducted on the antibacterial activity of each single mine. The results show that:Bactericidal rates of the CaTiO3catalyst to Candida albicans(ATCC10231), Escherichia coli(ATCC25922) and Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538),C. albicans, Eco and SA was87.00%,99.50%,96.22%; Bactericidal rates of akermanite-calcium melilite to Candida albicans was36.40%, to Eco and SA was100%; and diopside, Al diopside, anatase and titanium dioxide had no antibacterial properties to C. albicans, Eco and SA.Titania-bearing blast furnace slag doped by cerium oxide was prepared by high temperature solid. The effects of cerium content, alcination temperature, holding time and different strains to optical absorption and antibacterial properties were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the order of effect of four factors (cerium content, alcination temperature, holding time and strains) on antibacterial properties of TBBFC was that:strains>alcination temperature>holding time>cerium content. TBBFC had the best antibacterial properties with5%mass fraction of cerium, prepared at800℃for2h.The antibacterial mechanism of TBBFC to Candida albicans(ATCC10231), Escherichia coli(ATCC25922) and Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538)was systematically studied. The activitiesof enzyme SAP and TTC of bacterial cells were test by UV spectrophotometer; changes of protein in cells were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the analysis of enzyme activities shows that the activities of SAP and TTC were decreased with time. The total amount of bacterial and some proteins were changes.
