The dissertation combines theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, studied the relationship between the structure of fin tube and different operation condition and optimized the structure parameter based on the rib-tube which manufactured by mean of cutting-extrusing composite technics.Firstly, built the three-dimensional theoretical model of finned tube in this paper,analyzed the finned tube heat transfer process in theoretical meanwhile, deal with some key problems met in above process which is mainly concern some methods like this:In order to build FEM model conveniently and enhance calculated speed, intercepted a finite length and build a quarter model; solved the model to obtain the effective temperature data to theoretical analysis.Secondly, the temperature distribution fin tube in the course of heat transfer is programed and simulated using of FEM software ANSYS, comparison the relationship among of fin height, fin thickness, and thermal conductivity, surface heat transfer. By calculating the different structure of the fin efficiency, obtained fin efficiency curve according to the discrete data, through analysis and comparison of the efficiency curve to determine the optimal structure of fins to enhance heat transfer performance of heat exchangers to achieve the optimization objective; optimize the structure of the fin using workbench software.Combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results are compared, it shows that simulation results coincide with the theoretical results.
