China’s economic development is gradually entering new normal, and iron and steel industry development environment is a major change. High-quality steel products will gradually become the mainstream in the steel industry, iron and steel cold-rolled steel material belonging to high-quality products. Cold-rolled steel annealing process is to ensure that an important part of product quality. Radiant tubes are widely used in iron and steel, chemical industry and thermal annealing furnace, furnace and other industrial heating devices, its long-term security and stability in the service process is to ensure the overall safety equipment and stable operation of the important factors. If the radiant tube in service during severe deformation or premature rupture failure, will play their functions and product quality has a great influence, and cause significant economic losses.The problem occurs for the cold-rolling mill Shougang Jingtang continuous annealing furnace W-type radiant tube deformation and cracking of the case made the corresponding presentation, and research and design optimization of the structure from the radiant tubes, radiant tubes can have a longer guarantee life. Firstly the use of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT combustion flame temperature field radiation tube to simulate, then the calculated results into finite element analysis software ANSYS, radiation tube fluid-structure interaction analysis, stress radiant tube, strain distribution. The comparison of simulation results with the factory test report analysis, the radiant tube design flaw in the original structure. Finally, the optimized radiant tube were simulated comparison of the original structure, proved radiant tube structure optimized at high temperature stress and strain distribution has greatly improved.Through the use of computer simulation technology to analyze the reasons radiant tube damage and rational design pattern radiant tube structure, provide a reference for the direction of improvement in the practical application of radiant tube structure.
