Meanwhile, the risingtrend of oil prices will be irreversible. So how to develop oil alternative energy has become aglobal issue, which needs all countries to face in a long time.In the tradition oil shale industry, the oil shale was first pyrolyzed to obtain hightemperature shale oil gas, and then recovered. The recovery process of high temperature shale oilhas been using the coking process of the coal industry for a long time in our country. But thecoking process is simple, high energy consumption, low yield and has rarely comprehensivestudy, how to recover the valuable oil resource is an urgent study which needs oil shale workersresolve.The study first investigated the current situation of shale oil condensation recovery system,and then determined the physic and chemical properties of Daqing shale oil, final the simulationof shale oil condensation recovery process was carried out by Pro-II. By the simulation, the massflow nodes have been analyzed, both the shale oil condensation recovery process and the light oilrecovery process were optimized, and the key process parameters were determined. All above, anew process of shale oil condensation recovery system has been established, which Daqing oilfield has Independent intellectual property rights, and achieves efficient separation and recovery,extraordinary reduces energy consumption. |
