| Specific to the condition that inner dumping site in Pingsu Anjialing surface mine crosses over ground semi-fixed breaking site, with working slope boosts on east, the load distance of raw coal truck will gradually increase, which thereby leads to cost increase of winning, taking the great influence caused on mine production as background, stay main transportation passageway ditch as main line, considering the influence of industrial square, oversizing and staying the ditch on inner dumping space, this paper makes greater adjustment on stripping, mining and dumping engineering development program and conducts technology optimizing reformation on production system after staying the ditch. Based on spot data, the model of surface mine’s three-dimensional geological model is constructed. It puts forward the transition from longitudinal stripping with parallel front Z shap-L shape and fan shape to cross mining in-dump mining procedure with the front vertically advanced. Using technology of simulated mining and virtual dump as well as path optimization and cargo flow programming model to achieve the target of minimizing the cost of coal and stripping material transportation through technologies and economics comparison among different projects of the staying ditch’s in different heights determines the staying ditch’s height of Anjialing surface mine,and further designs the arrangement and development of whole development transport system. Research results of this thesis provides decision-making basis for the technology reformation of production system design and engineering implementation of this surface mine, and also has.reference meaning to similar surface mine to some extent. |
