Research On Simulation Of Coal Mine Production Logistics System

Coal mine production logistics system is the most important system in the process of production and operation of coal enterprises,and it is the core of production and operation of coal enterprises.Under the traditional mode,the coal enterprises deal with the coal gangue directly by piling up the gangue hill.In view of the situation that the surface gangue hill not only restricts the development of enterprises but also destroys the environment,the traditional mode of coal mine production logistics system is improved and optimized,and the concept of coal mine production logistics system under the condition of integration of mining,selection and filling is introduced.Taking a coal mine as an example,on the basis of the traditional mode of coal mine production logistics system,the above-ground separation equipment is simulated to be moved to the underground mine,and a new chamber is excavated at the underground car yard as the place for coal gangue separation.The jigging separation method is selected to complete coal gangue separation in the underground mine,thus forming the coal mine production logistics system under the condition of integration of mining and filling.The system transports the separated coal resources to the underground coal bunker for storage and then transports them from the main well to the ground through the hoisting system for further treatment.The separated waste and other impurities are transported to the gangue bunker for storage.After mixing with the gangue and other filling materials on the ground,they are transported to the goaf through the transportation system to complete the filling of the goaf.Because of the need of Flexsim system simulation software,firstly,according to the operation process of coal mine production logistics system,the flow chart of coal mine production logistics system under the condition of integration of mining,selection and filling is built by selecting the entity objects in the simulation software,and then the operation parameters of entity objects are set according to the operation condition of coal mine,and then the coal mine students under the condition of integration of mining,selection and filling are simulated by Flexsim system simulation software.The product flow system is simulated to get the operation efficiency of each component of the system.It is found that most of the facilities in the system simulation have good operation efficiency,but there are blockage problems in transportation roadways and material transportation roadways.The blockage problem is improved and the system runs well after improvement.It shows that it is feasible to move the separation equipment to underground,so as to complete the mining of "three-under" pressure coal in the next step.It provides theoretical and practical basis for operation.Figure30 table3 reference 45...
