With the development of urban sewage treatment facility, urban sewage treatment factorybecomes an important producing source of odor pollution in town space environment.Compared with other odor control technologies, biological method takes the advantage ofhigh efficiency, simple system, low cost, etc.. This research is studying odor gas produced byurban sewage treatment factory, taking biological deodorization as technical method, whichscreens and separates efficient desulphurization deamination bacterial strain and makesresearch to immobilization technology in deodorization process to confirm variousinfluencing factor.From aeration bacteria filter that is stable and has function of deodorization, bacterial strainTS-1that can remove sulfur and ammonia at the same time. According to observation ofcharacter and morphology, and test analysis,the result shows that this bacterial strain TS-1isgram-positive bacterium, forming as rhabditiform, diameter is>1.0(im; bacterial colonyshows as roundness in nutrient agar,with smooth, oyster white and translucence surface; V-Ptest indicates negative, which means can hydrolyze starch and gelatin and use citrate to finishthe growth. According to the pilot study of its growth performance and removal test of sulfur,ammonia and nitrogen, the result shows that under the circumstance of normal temperature(30士2) and150r/min revolving speed, the best PH of bacterial strain is7.0and the logarithmgrowth period is12~32h; the water sample40h of80mg/L and88mg/L is to dispose pH7.0、S2" and NH4-N5removal rate of sulfide and ammonia nitrogen are91.8%and96.6%and suchremoval rates decreases with the increase of initial concentration of base.In the treatment process, it regards air with mixed stink as air source, separately mixesjointing compound of ceramsite and martensite particle as carrier to remove H2S and NH3atthe same time and do research of operation condition and parmeter of reactor, the result showsthat inlet stink concentration has no apparent influence to sewage treatment efifciency andinlet volume loading has small effect on sewage treatment result and removal of H2S and NH3.BAF reactor has some deodorization effect without mixing immobilized bacteria, H2S cannsatisfies2d grade discharge standard of GB14554-93,NH3can satisfies3rd grade dischargestandard of GB14554-93and the synchronous removal of H2S may carry out through bacteriaoxygenolysis and sedimentation of FeS; atfer BAF reactor mixes immobilized bacteria,removal rate of H2S and NH3respectively increase23%and17.7%,which can satidsfy2ndischarge standard of GB14554-93.
