Rural domestic sewage has become one of the important factors of water pollution in China,but the treatment of rural sewage faces problems such as lack of guidance and poor treatment effects.This paper takes rural domestic sewage as the research object.Through comparative experiments with traditional SBR systems,this paper studies the pollutant removal efficiency and impact load resistance of the SBR system with BZ80C rope type biological fillers,K3 fillers and combined elastic fillers.The microbial diversity and functional flora in different biological carrier filler SBR systems were analyzed,and the BZ80C rope-type biological filler SBR system and K3 filler SBR system were explored for the treatment of synthetic sewage with actual sewage as the substrate.Set the start-up load COD to 300 mg/L and NH4+-N to 15 mg/L.Under these conditions,the addition of different carrier fillers has little effect on the sewage treatment effect,and the effluent quality of each group of SBR systems is better;the effluent during the start-up period After stabilization,increase the influent load,set the influent COD to 800 mg/L and NH4+-N to 50 mg/L.Through the analysis of each SBR system NH4+-N,TN,NO3--N,investigate the effect of carrier filler on the SBR system Impact resistance to impact load.Under this condition,the processing performance of the reactor with different carrier fillers has been different.In the traditional SBR system without filler,serious sludge expansion occurred,a large amount of sludge was lost and the operation could not be continued,and the effluent quality was poor;while the treatment effect of the SBR system with BZ80C rope type biological filler and K3 filler was quickly reached Stable,the COD and NH4+-N removal rates of the two reactors reached 90%and 80%respectively.The treatment effect of the reactor with combined elastic packing is relatively poor,and the removal rate fluctuates sharply.The maximum removal rate of COD is less than 80%,and the maximum removal rate of NH4+-N is less than 60%.On the basis of the above work,through Illumina MiSeq sequencing,the richness and structure of the microbial community of activated sludge and biofilms in reactors with different fillers added in different periods were studied.The results of the study showed that the carrier filler did not significantly change the dominant flora at the phylum and genus level during the low load period,but changed the relative abundance of the main flora.At the gate level,Firmicutes in the SBR system with combined elastic packing is the most dominant flora,and the Proteobacteria of the other three reactors are the most dominant flora;during high load periods,the loaded material is the most advantageous.The flora are all Proteobacteria.Adding fillers has a significant effect on the adjustment of the microbial community structure during the high load period.The dominant communities of the SBR system with BZ80C rope-type biological fillers,K3 fillers,and combined elastic fillers are significantly different.At the level,adding BZ80C rope-type fillers and The SBR system of K3 filler promotes the increase in the content of Nitrospira and Pseudomonas related to denitrification,and the addition of BZ80C rope filler promotes the growth of Pseudomonas related to denitrification.Taking the actual sewage from Park to supplement the carbon source and nitrogen source,investigate and analyze the treatment effect of the BZ80C rope-type biological filler SBR system and the K3 filler SBR system on the synthetic sewage,which have a better effect on high-load sewage treatment.During the entire operation period,the average removal rate of COD,NH4+-N and TN by the reactor with the BZ80C type rope biological packing was 85.92%,87.69%and 63.51%,respectively.The reactor with K3 packing had the effect of COD,NH4+-N.The average removal rates of COD,NH4+-N and TN were 81.29%,86.37%and 55.85%,respectively. |
