Due to the deterioration of environment and the national attention to power environment protection in recent years, Various methods of the desulfurization and its technological process have become the research hotspots for experts. The most commonly used is limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization which has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency and by-products can be second used, etc. But the high operation cost leads to large economic losses in many power plants. Because of the slow development of desulfurization, many national key projects have been shut down. This paper mainly optimizes the control system of FGD. Take the FGD’s operation characteristics of control device as the research object, this paper introduces the process subsystem of desulfurization. DCS’s introduction starts with the main control logic. Then we obtain the main influence factors of the desulfurization from the theory and spearman correlation analysis. Analyzing the influence factors around limestone slurry’s pH value and density, which influence the desulfurization efficiency. We not only considere the main influence factors of the desulfurization efficiency but also some economic factors and chose P which means per unit mass cost of SO2as indicators of economic evaluation. Firstly, the fuzzy data set of history data is structured by the CA algorithm that can determine the cluster number and soften the demarcation of the boundaries. Secondly, fuzzy Apriori or FP-tree gorithm which are used to mine fuzzy association rules obtain the frequent itemsets. Finally, the optimal objective values of operating parameters will be got by counter-fuzzy and compared with the designed operational condition. We also validate the optimal objective values of operating parameters which are better in operation effect and cost saving.We design an operation software of strong adaptability. This software has a strong scalability and it can satisfy series of functions such as data browse,data analysis and data mining. Optimal objective values of the operating parameters and reasonable control programs can be put forward. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that mining results make the contribution for the economic operation and can be used as an important basis to guide optimal operation for the unit.
