In order to improve the oilwell production, reduce water production’.ITirough in-depth theory research on reservoir basicfeatures，bottom water coning mcchanism of bottom water reservoir, the mechanism ofartiifcial clapboard inhibit bottom water coning and ofrmula for critical production rate of oilwell in bottom water reservoir with artificial plugging agent clapboard of WQ block Y10，plugging agent system for the reservoir has been designed, the occurernce location of theartiifcial plugging agent clapboard and amount of plugging agent has been optimized in thispaper. Eventually this water plugging technology in the ifeld expeirment was successful, andspecific research results are as follows:l.WQ block Y10reservoir belongs to Jurassic Yan’an formation of Ordos basin, which is atypical bottom water reservoir with better permeability，active bottom water and some maincharacteristics, such as no obvious interlayer between oil and water layers, reservoircontacting with bollom water directly, and the bottom water coning into the well bore as theoil well pumping, which results in water ratio increasing continuously, eventually flooding andlose the production value.2.Throughcaerful analysis with ifeld application of the water shutoff technology in WQblock Y10reservoir, multi-slug and complex technology of wate shutoff with high strengthreality gel、CMC precipitation-type plugging agent and Precrosslinkcd gels particles has beendesigned.3.Afterdetailed optimization expeirments, high-strength reality gel formula is proposed:1.0%HP AM+0.45%resorcinol+7%formaldehyde+0.06%crosslinking inducers, gellingitme is6h; CMC precipitation-type plugging agent optimizing formula for:1.5%CMC+0.7%organic iron crosslinkcr, with stratum50"C sediment formation time is5.5h; Theoptimization of Prccrosslinked gels particles formula for:6%starch+5%acrylic+10%acrylamide+0.1%crosslinking agent+1.6%oil filling agent+1%plasticizer，at thetemperature of65"C, polymeirzation time is40irlin. Rock core experiments indicate that the main plugging agent has good selectivity in water plugging.4.Aimat WQ block Y10Reservoir characteristics, critical production calculation formulaof bottom water reservoir with artificial plugging agent clapboard is deduced, under whoseguidance plugging agent clapboard was considered be build on Cutters or Lugs of the reservoir,the ardius of clapboard with consideirng economic benefits cases should be less than50m，5.Multi-slugand complex blocking agent in the field expeirment has obtained aremarkable effect of increasing oil in water plugging operation for the W-107well，cumulativeincreasing oil up to656.65t, realizing the input-output artio1:29.9.
