Outdoor pants have become a essential equipment for outdoor sports enthusiasts because of its waterproof, windproof and thermal characteristics. Through marketing researches, it was found that T brand’s outdoor pants for women could not meet the need of both aesthetics and dynamic comforts. With it as a research background and combined with the enterprise cooperation projects-"Analyzing Body Figure of T Brand’s Target Consumer Body and Optimizing the Pattern of Outdoor Products ", this study made a research on structure design of women outdoor pants based on the static and dynamic body morphological analysis. The dissertation aims to explore the optimal structure compatibility specific to the T brand’s target customer of North China and provides some structure design references for the women outdoor pants.The main research contents are the following points:(1) Conducting marketing researches. By making researches on the T brand regional distributors, it is helped to understand the shortcomings of products, consumer demands and provide a reference for the study of structural design. The main problems of women outdoor pants found in the researches are:smaller crotch depth; more folds in the back crotch; the ease concentrating on the side seam at the hip; failing to meet the needs of both girth and length. Next, collected the data of T brand target age groups though body measurements and selected north china to attain a intermediate body type. Though analysis, regression models were got between the main body factors of women’s lower body and the height, waist girth, hip girth, etc.(2) Though scanning lines on knee skin surface, do experiments to measure the horizontal and vertical skin grid lines deformation rate around the keen line with different actions. Get the size and direction of the knee darts of women outdoor pants based on experimental data and dart design principle. Then, design the value of basic pattern factors such as trousers length, waist girth, hip girth, middle crotch line and bottom line based on survey results, static and dynamic anthropometric data and related literature.(3) Do experiments on key structure factors. According to the influence of different structure factors on aesthetics and dynamic comforts of women’s outdoor pants, crotch depth, crotch width, back crotch tilt angle and value of crease line offset are selected as key structure factors to make theoretical analysis and do sample experiments; Through making sample pants and evaluation of static and dynamic trying on, it ended with the impact law of the key structure factors on static aesthetics and dynamic comfort.(4) Orthogonal experiment design and subjective and objective evaluation. Based on orthogonal experiment program results, sample pants were made and subjective static-dynamic and objective pressure-test assessment methods were established. The results of the evaluation were analyzed with the intuitive analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis to attain the regression model between the key structural factors and structural parameters and the best compatibility of key structure factors. Finally, compared women outdoor pants made based on the best compatibility program with the sample pants provided by the company to test the feasibility of the research findings.Significance of this research lies in:Providing data basis for T brand’s products by acquisition of human body static data; improving the knee dart shapes and motion comfort of women outdoor pants through experiments of the knee body surface scanning line method; improving the static aesthetics and dynamic comfort of female outdoor pants through key structure factors experiments and orthogonal experiment; establishing the static and dynamic comprehensive evaluation system based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical evaluation.
