The two corrosion resistant alloys TA2and R60702which are common in nonferrous metal pressure vessel manufacturing industry are the objects studied in this paper. The welding process, weld performance test, Heat treatment and corrosion potential are included in this paper. At last, the database system about TA2and R60702alloys connection by different welding method is established with the VC++and SQL Server2000.The protect prop cover and the back protection device are designed independently for the TA2and R60702alloys welding, the plasma welding parameters of3mm TA2,3mm R60702and12mm R60702docking are determined. There are almost no crack and air hole in the welded joint and the tensile strength and bending properties of welded joints were followed to the requirements of the relevant standards.The study of different vacuum heat treatment process on TA2, R60702alloy welded joints has been finished. Research shows that:the microstructure of the base material and HAZ has been turned into layered a crystal microstructure, the acicular widmanstatten microstructure in weld region has been disappeared after annealing treatment of TA2β phase. After aging treatment, the grain size is increased in the parent material and HAZ and the acicular widmanstatten microstructure in weld region replied in a certain extent; The acicular martensite in weld and HAZ region of R60702joint has been replied after annealing, with the increase of the holding time, the grain size is increased and the intermetallic compound gathered at the grain boundaries, which is the result of decreasing of the corrosion resistance. After aging treatment, the acicular martensite in weld and HAZ region can reply, the intermetallic compounds diffuse into the crystal lattice during the long time preservation process and precipited at the grain boundary in little form, which could enhance corrosion resistance.The database system about Titanium and Zirconium based alloys connection is established on the research of different welding methods. The system achieve the functions of collection and query the information of the alloys number, the parameters of different welded process, the mechanical propertiesã€corrosion resistance and microstructure about joints of Titanium and Zirconium based alloys. |
