The double-ended continuous bottle-washer is large-scale cleaning equipment used in beverage industry. Its main function is cleaning recycling bottles or new bottles which used for filling to be up to hygienic standards. Infeed device is a key part of the bottle washer, it ensures stable bottle-supplying for bottle washer. At present low infeed efficiency, Instable loading, high proportion of broken bottle are the major problem of domestic infeed device. Irrational structural parameters are dominant cause affecting feeding efficiency. Research and design was made in this paper on feeding mechanism of double-end continuous bottle-washer.In-depth research are needed to design more reasonable infeed mechanism.This paper introduces the composition of double-end bottle washer and how it works.Analysis of infeed mechanism are also made which support the subsequent researches.The motion law of geared-linkages and the relationship between deflection angle of driven gear, infeed trajectory and the geometrical parameters of parts has been discussed. Also the geometric relation between each structural parameters should satisfy is obtained during the critical state of infeed mechanism. Based on dynamic and static force analysis the stress conditions of each key component has been realized.By virtual prototype simulation of infeed mechanism,rational eccentricity is determined, then the dynamic capacity are improved meanwhile the result can also provide theoretic foundation for design and checking of key parts.Finally,from the analysis of bottle catching and bottle infeeding as well as above,a part of curve has been selected from the trajectory of infeed mechanism to be the datum durve of guide rail which guarantees infeeding stability and accuracy should match the path of infeed plate.The infeed mechanism of double-ended continuous bottle-washer is studied in this thesis.It is of practical significance for the improvement of infeed performance and structural design;moreov- -er it also can provide theoretic foundation for high-speed bottle washer design.
