The black liquor lignin is the main component of the straw pulp black liquor pollution. Exploring means of making the resource of straw pulp black liquor lignin is an effective way to reduce the black liquor pollution and make the resource of straw pulp black liquor. At the same time, today NOx is one of the major pollutants of air pollution in the world. Currently, the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology is widely used to control the NOx pollution. Al2O3, TiO2and molecular sieve, as catalyst carriers, need reducing agent, such as NH3, CO and so on. The technology has security risks, storage difficulties and operational difficulties. It is easy to cause secondary pollution. Activated carbon is not only carrier but also reducing agent. The denitration technology has the advantages of simple process, security, less secondary pollution and rich sources of raw materials, which has a high spread application value. The black liquor is prepared denitration catalysts, which could control NOx pollution, reduce black liquor pollution and by waste.It has high economic, environmental and social benefits.The lignin was separated from straw pulp black liquor. The lignin was prepared activated carbon by phosphoric acid activation and de-NOx catalyst by impregnating. The results showed that the optimum parameters for preparation of lignin was an pH of3, an reactivity temperature of65℃and an reactivity time of30min.The optimum parameters for preparation of activated carbon was an impregnation ratio of3.5, an activation temperature of500℃and an activation time of60min. The optimum parameters for preparation of de-NOx catalyst was specific surface areas of activated carbons of712m2/g, an CeO2loading of8%, an reactivity temperature of600℃and an space velocity of12000h-1. Under the experimental conditions, the recovery amount of lignin was179g/L. Activated carbon yield was55.4%. The NO conversion rate achieved92%. Black liquor activated carbon-based catalyst had better denitration activity.
