| Essential oil was a large class of rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis L.) chemical composition. It contained only small amounts and owned multiple functions. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of rosemary essential oils,they need to find a suitable method to increase extraction rate. This paper focused on the enzyme-assisted extraction of rosemary essential oil and its anti-inflammatory effects.Rosemary essential oil present in the rosemary leaves and multi-stems. Essential oil was expediently extracted after cellulase pretreated on dry rosemary leaves. So rosemary essential oil’s enzyme-assisted extraction progress has been studied. Through single experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal technology was found. The result conditions are enzyme dosage0.2%, pH=3and30℃for2h. Under these conditions, rosemary dried leaves by cellulase pretreated, the extraction rate was1.89%by steam distillation. Rosemary leaves by cellulose pretreated and volatile oil by steam distillation extracted, extracting essential oil increased68.8%than the control.Rosemary essential oil that extracted from conventional methods by GC-MS analysis identified56kinds of ingredients.8types were more than by the cellulase-treated essential oils extracted from rosemary leaves. But the main component of a-pinene,1,8-cineole, camphene, camphor, β-pinene, borneol, bornyl acetate relative content was almost unchanged. Rosemary essential oils with different extraction methods were Spanish type. After cellulase treatmented rosemary leaf, the quality of essential oils did not be affected.It has shown a good anti-inflammatory effect for acute inflammation in mice. SOD, CAT activity in serum was increased with the increasing of rosemary essential oil dose. MDA levels in tissue decreased with increasing oil dosage reduction. Anti-inflammatory mechanism of drugs related to free radical. So it was also carried out in vitro anti-oxidation experiments at the same time with free radical of serum and tissue’s determination. It could certain the antioxidant of rosemary essential oil. Rosemary essential oil antioxidant capacity was weaker than VC and VE. But antioxidant activity along with the added amount of essential oil was increased. |
