Finally, it could be easy to make whole program plan in seeking the investment funds balance and refine some reasonable investment and financing modes for the Park.On the whole, it combines the lists of the relating investment rules and discussion the monetary need on different stages of industrial park using and the adopts of investment and financing modes using such scientific research approaches as empirical analysis, systems analysis, comparative analysis, analysis of theory and practice. In detail, the layout of the thesis follows the following steps:to begin with, the literate review about investment and financing theories at home and abroad has been proposed, then such theories were used to explore the importance and necessity of it on the planning of industrial park; secondly, the next step was applying these theories to the Xishan District’s Biological industry Park which could figure out the need of money and their origin and present some problem-solving strategies on mass modes of invest and finance and market operation; finally, these results should be used to modify the designing of the Park.
