In recent years, with the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protectionand health, in particular, the mechanism of negative ions is increasingly being recognized, ananion function fiber as a function of fiber can truely improve the environment have beengradually recognized and accepted and developed rapidly. The anion function fiber is whichcan generate negative ions in certain physical stimulation.This thesis using in-situ polymerization for preparation of nylon6anion fiber. First, theexperiments on superfine grinding of anion powder pretreatment by wet balling-stirring mill.Second, mixed with the milled slurry with the molten ε-caprolactam and prepare nylon6anion functional masterbatch by polymerization. Last, using the nylon6anion functionalmasterbatch for preparation of nylon6anion fiber by melt spinning. The SEM, XRD analysisof anion powder powder milled or not shows that the milled anion powder powder haveparticle size less than500nm and a narrow distribution, and the milling does not affect theexcitation negative ions performance of anion powder powder. By comparing polymerizationmethod’s and blending method’s Spinneret module pressure and fiber’s SEM, mechanicalproperties and negative ions performance can find that the nylon6anion fibers preparaed bypolymerization method have better spinning stability, anion powder powder dispersed in thenylon6matrix more uniformly, better mechanical strength and better negative ionsperformance. Such as the breaking strength and negative ions performance of the nylon6anion fibers by polymerization prepared and blends prepared in1%powder content is4.46cN/dtex,2170个/cm~3;3.13cN/dtex,1720个/cm~3, respectively.This thesis also study dyeing properties of nylon6anion fiber, and found that at pH=4.0,the density of dye liquor is0.6g/L, bath ratio is1:50, holding temperature is95℃, theholding time is45minthe are the optimum conditions for nylon6anion fabric dyeing. Bycomparing the dyeing performance of the two fabrics under the same dyeing conditions canfind that nylon6fabric have a higher amount of dye and a deep dyeing color than nylon6anion fabric, and the bath’s pH has greater impact on nylon6anion fabric.
