Ultra-supercritical unit steam parameters improve thermal efficiency. However, with the improvement of the temperature and steam pressure, the material properties of the generator set would continue to lower material performance, so the generator set requirements would be improve, especially in the high temperature creep properties of doubly concerned. The creep constitutive of Steam turbine high temperature materials become a meaningful subject.High temperature creep tests were conducted for the steam turbine high-temperature materials. The test results show that the two-phase particles strengthen the creep properties of the alloy is superior, in the same circumstances, the occurrence of creep deformation is less than the other materials. The different level of stresses constitutive equations were builded. The recommendations were advanced for the method of constitutive parameters. The constitutive parameters fit with the experimental data were compared to the constitutive equation of establishing: Norton-Bailey constitutive equation can better fit the low stress zone creepstrain curve, index constitutive better fitting high stress creep strain curve.Light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to the IN783material creep specimen microstructure observation, the study shows that:IN783inside the material contains large amounts of particulate matter, particulate matter will occur during the creep deformation bygranular slowly transformed into a block, and a long strip. Creep mechanism of research material obtained at620℃, high-stress areas (540MPa) creep mechanism is Orowan around the more mechanisms.
