All these lead maneuveirng performance degrades badly. The environment androad of oilfield are very bad. When the truck mounted well servicing unit is running on theoilifeld road, its chassis bears impact load from quality of workover equipments. While thetruck mounted well servicing unit is working, its chassis bears both the tensile force from thefast line and the dynamic load rfom derrick raising. These factors set new requests to the truckmounted well servicing unit. Derrick is an important part of the truck mounted well servicingunit,its load performances plays a crucial role for the remedial work.This paper analyzes truck mounted well servicing unit’s gravitational centers when it is atrunning and working status, analyzes its passing ability, largest degree of climbing, lateral&longitudinal stabilities. Analyzes the forces of the derirck hydro cylinder in different positions,analyzes the hydro leveling device of the hydraulic legs. Use ANSYS simulates the strengthand stiffness of derrick and frame, gets the derirck and frame’s natural frequencies and shakemodels. It has an important guiding sense to the safe loading,dirving, operation and improvingdesign of the truck mounted well servicing unit to research on maneuvering&loadperformances of the truck mounted well servicing unit. |
