| At present, the researches on burning/explosion accidents in chemical industry are getting deeper with the increasing attention to the industry safety of the entire world. In this dissertation, the data investigation and research were carried out centered around the analysis of burning/explosion accidents of dangerous chemicals and construct the emergency rescue system.At first, the five patterns of leaking in chemical industry were summarized according to different situations as follows:pipeline leaking, tank leaking from holes, pipeline leaking from holes, gas/vapor leaking from holes and two-phase flow leaking. Besides, various models of fire accidents, physical explosions of pressure vessels and explosive accidents were concluded blow:computation model of jet fire, computation model of pool fire, computation model of boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion (BLEVE), computation model of unconfined vapor cloud explosion (UVCE).Secondly, the thesis expounds the purposes and principles of the investigations for burning/explosion accidents. The creating of the accident investigation unit, the process and the key points of investigation were stated at the same time. In addition, the deflagration accident "7.28" in Nanjing was given as an example in this dissertation which caused by a leaking propylene pipe underground. The incident investigation and analysis were set up from the angles of the occurrence location, the leakage identification, the spread range, the ignition source, the damage scope of explosion, the cause of the accident and so on.At last, on the basis of these investigation and analysis, lessons and experiences in the accident emergency rescue of the hazard chemicals management department in Public Security Bureau were analyzed and summed up. Furthermore, the framework of the emergency rescue system of Nanjing for burning/explosion accident of hazard chemicals was proposed in this dissertation. |
