| Water in and oil out is a very important job in oil field especially at late miningprocess time, it is directly related to oil output ratio and stable exploiting cycle length.The existing water injection process is that first putting measure instrument into thewells, measuring underground water injection volume and other parameters andsaving them, then taking the data back to ground to compare with the geologicalrequirements of the water injection, last again putting the instrument which storesdeviation data into wells to regulate the amount of water underground. This once testand once control method is of low efficiency and labor-intensive and has beendifficult to meet the needs of modern production. Therefore, the research ofintelligent measurement and regulation system is particularly important.Eccentric injection wells monitoring system takes CAN bus as the transmissionmedium, and monitors real-time condition of underground instrument through thehost computer. PIC16F877A MCU is taken as the core control chip in themeasurement and regulation instrument. The microcontroller first collectstemperature, pressure, water flow and the motor speed parameters and then transmitsthese acquisition data to the host computer by which these data are processed andcompared with layer flow, so that motor control commands are issued to allow themotor to change the valve’s opening in order to achieve precise control of motorspeed and water flow. In this dissertation, the following aspects were studied:1. Electromagnetic flow meter design: Including the excitation circuit, signalacquisition circuit and signal processing circuit. Changing the water injection volumesignal into what the microcontroller can identify and collect.2. Motor drive circuit design: Including the regulation of motor speed and itsreverse, and introducing the fuzzy PID algorithm to achieve precise control of themotor in real time.3. CAN interface circuit design: Including the connection between measuringinstrument and CAN bus so that real-time communication between PC and underground measurement and regulation instrument can be achieved.4. The preparation for PC configuration screen: Using VB language to compilePC configuration screen including various configuration screen, alarm screen, waterflow and motor rotation orientation and speed, finally various control buttons ofunderground measurement and regulation instrument.The advantage of the monitoring system designed in this dissertation is that theflow amount of various layers can be tested through putting instrument into wellsonce and auto allocation mission of target layer flow amount, so it can decreaseallocation time greatly, reduce labor intensity and increase quality and efficiency. |
