In recent years, due to Chinese economy development speed, power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and other industries also in rapid development, increase the pollution gas emissions, China has increased demand for pollution gas regulation. Electric precipitator dust removal efficiency is high, the management operation is convenient, have very low failure rate, has the very high adaptability. Due to the electrical precipitator steel structure size, internal structure complicated, most of them are depend on experience design calculation, and can’t reflect the real filter main component bearing stress situation, cause the main element design has a lot of conservative type and blindness, caused a lot of waste materials and the increase of the cost, it is necessary to design personnel use advanced technology research and development. This topic from a company with the moving plate electrostatic precipitator design modification research projects. Based on the large finite element software ANSYS to electrostatic precipitator main structure parts structure analysis, the effective design calculation, through the ANSYS software to have data on the structural components are accurate analysis, calculation, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the structural component.First of all, the moving plate electrostatic precipitator main component effectively design calculation, mainly including ash bucket beam, top girder, into ash channel, mobile plate drive shaft and other important structural component of the stress analysis, and the load applied analysis and calculation of the external load, wind load and earthquake load, snow load, etc.Secondly, through the mobile plate electrostatic precipitator for design and calculation of the data, and by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to filter were analyzed, and the finite element simulation definition of filter model, load and constraint and solving. Known to the existing mobile plate electrostatic precipitator of important structural element for force analysis, analysis of structure in multiple load, the stress distribution of the stress and strain condition, whether meet the stiffness, strength and stability requirements.Finally, by using ANSYS finite element software to moving plate electrostatic precipitator important structural element analysis, through the finite element analysis results can be seen, the deformation of the important structural element under load meet structural stability requirements, in the modal analysis of the results also show that drive shaft won’t produce resonance, in ash channel temperature simulation, spray device effect is remarkable, and meet the practical processing requirements, can be very good to adapt to the filter run time overall request.
